The Clear Cut Mobile Portal
Clients now have a home base for their website at login.clearcutdigital.com. Sign in with the email address you use with us and enter the 6-digit code we send; there’s no password to remember. The dashboard shows whether your site is online, its uptime over the last 30 days, and this month’s visitors, pages viewed, and contact actions compared with the same days last month. It also lists your most visited pages, where each edit request stands, and your monthly reports. If you handle billing, you can update your card and download invoices on Stripe’s secure page. On a phone, add the portal to your home screen and it opens like an app.

Easier Edits, Right On Your Site
Choose Edit my site in the portal and your website opens with a small editing bar along the bottom. Click any text to type new wording, swap a photo, or leave a note right on the page. Text changes send a moment after you stop typing, and Your changes shows where each one stands: In review, Planned, Live, or We have a question. You’ll also get an email when your edits are live. Our team reviews every change before it’s published, so nothing on your site changes until it’s approved.

Clearer Monthly Reports
Starting with the November 1 report, the monthly email has a new look to match our website and puts the numbers that matter most first. Phone taps, email clicks, and form submissions are combined into one contact actions number compared with last month, and each one is listed with its page, date, and time so you can match it to your calls and inbox. Repeat taps on the same number or address in one visit now count once. The report also shows how people found you, your most visited pages, and the devices they used. Reports still arrive on the first of each month, and from November 1 each one is also saved in the client portal.

A Simpler Start For New Clients
Getting started with us now takes one personal link. New clients read and sign a plain-English agreement online, then tell us about their business in the same place: their services, the areas they serve, the colors they want, and a website they like. There’s no printing, scanning, or long email chain.
