If something happens to her, a trusted partner in Vermont who is familiar with our systems takes over so service continues with as little interruption as possible. Your site stays online either way, since hosting and monitoring do not depend on any one person being reachable.
If you are not completely satisfied with the design and decide not to continue, we refund your payment in full and cancel the agreement, no questions asked.
