No. To avoid surprises, we require approval before starting any work outside of your initial agreement. Billing and automatic payment options are explained clearly during onboarding.
Invoices are sent through Stripe and can be paid with any major credit or debit card. We do not accept checks or money orders.

Most websites are completed within 2–4 weeks. Timelines depend on how quickly clients provide or approve content and images, and give feedback. A standard 5-page site can often be delivered in as little as 2 weeks with timely responses. Larger sites typically fall closer to the 4-week mark.

Yes, hosting is included with your service. We use premium, global CDNs (Content Delivery Networks) to ensure your site is fast for every visitor regardless of their location.
Yes. We never restrict ownership. Even if we bought it for you, we will transfer the domain to you if you cancel your subscription. Please note that there may be third-party transfer fees you may be responsible for.

If something were to happen to Zack, our designer Malena would take over, providing uninterrupted service and support.
Our "No Thrill? No Bill" guarantee applies only to the design phase. If you are not completely satisfied with any design we present and ask us to no longer continue, you will receive a full refund and the contract will be canceled with no questions asked. Once the design is approved, this guarantee no longer applies.
