May Service Updates
Hey everyone!
Since January, we have launched, or are currently building, 16 new websites for businesses ranging from solo operators to teams of more than 30 people. This growth has been a huge blessing for us, so sincerely, thank you for your continued support.
Even while staying busy with new projects, we are always working to improve the experience for our clients. This month, we added a few exciting new features:
- Stronger anti-spam protection for contact forms
- Monthly website analytics reporting
- Direct on-site text editing for quick wording updates
- More regular Clear Cut Digital service updates
This is only the tip of the iceberg. We have many more updates in the works to maximize the value our clients receive.

Newsletter and Service Updates
As Clear Cut Digital continues to grow each month, we wanted a simple way to keep everyone in the loop. These updates will cover new features, client tools, website improvements, and other behind-the-scenes work that helps us serve businesses better.
We would like to make these updates monthly, but for now, the schedule may vary.

Anti-Spam Update
You may have noticed a test form submission in your email recently. This was sent to make sure the new anti-spam updates were applied correctly and that forms are functioning as expected.
When needed, client websites now use stronger form protection, including CAPTCHA protection, time-based verification to prevent instant bot submissions, and hidden spam-trap fields that help identify automated submissions.
The goal is simple: fewer bot inquiries and cleaner contact form submissions.

Monthly Analytics Reporting
We have also introduced monthly analytics reporting. On the first of each month, clients can receive a website performance summary directly by email with key traffic and visitor insights.
Analytics are also now accessible through our new reporting system at analytics.clearcutdigital.com. If you are interested in early access, feel free to ask for a share link.
In a future update, client tools and reporting will be available through one unified portal.

On-Site Editing and Commenting
We have also added on-site editing and commenting, available by request for live websites. This makes requesting content changes much easier.
You can edit website text directly on the page, including link text, almost like editing a Word document. You can also leave comments anywhere on the site for requested changes or feedback.
All edits and comments are sent directly to us, where we are notified immediately. From there, we can review everything, make sure it fits the design properly, and adjust layouts or components as needed.
This feature will also be included in the upcoming unified client portal update. If you are currently in an active website build, we will send you a link to use it.
