Our Business plan starts with a 6-month minimum, while Business+ and White Glove plans have a 12-month minimum. After the initial period, the plan continues month to month and can be canceled at any time. Our model works best for long-term clients since it takes between 6-12 months for Google to properly rank your site. So at 6 months, we should be beginning to see results. Our goal is for the website to deliver more value than the monthly cost.
No. There are no hidden charges. To avoid surprise charges, we require approval before starting any work outside of your initial agreement. To begin your site, billing will start for the current month. On the 1st of the following month, you will have the option to turn on automatic billing.
Subscription invoices are sent through Stripe or Square and can be paid with any major credit or debit card. We do not accept checks or money orders.
We offer three subscription plans tailored to different business needs. The Business plan is perfect for those needing a professional foundation. Business+ is for growing companies requiring custom functionality such as MLS feeds for real estate offices or easy scheduling for service businesses. Our White Glove service is our greatest website offering, including as many pages as needed to maximize your search potential and highlight your services and two free integrations. Please note that White Glove has limited availability, and not every business qualifies.
We are usually understanding and flexible because unforeseen events happen. For late payments, invoices have a seven-day grace period, after which a $25 fee applies. If multiple invoices become overdue with no communication, we may cancel the subscription and the full site cost will be due. If you cancel before your minimum term ends, you may also be responsible for the remaining balance of the initial period. Clear communication helps to protect everyone's time and keep your site running smoothly.
Most websites are completed within 2–4 weeks. Timelines depend on how quickly clients provide or approve content and images, and give feedback. A standard 5-page site can often be delivered in as little as 2 weeks with timely responses. Larger sites typically fall closer to the 4-week mark.
Absolutely. Every site is custom-coded from scratch with no templates or page builders, and designed by our New Hampshire–based team. Your website will be truly one-of-a-kind to perfectly represent your brand.
Yes, hosting is included with your subscription. We use premium, global CDNs (Content Delivery Networks) to ensure your site is fast for every visitor regardless of their location.
Yes. We never restrict ownership. Even if we bought it for you, we will transfer the domain to you if you cancel your subscription. Please note that there may be third-party transfer fees you may be responsible for.
Our sites are faster, safer, and more customizable than page builders. Since we custom-code everything, there’s no plugin bloat, no endless updates, and no database vulnerabilities. Hackers can’t break into something that has no entry points.

Your subscription includes unlimited edits and updates within scope. A full site redesign is optional and can be completed once every three years. Additional integrations may incur fees, which will always be communicated and priced before any work begins.
Yes. You can upgrade from Business to Business+ at any time. Our White Glove plan is also available as an upgrade, but it has limited availability and not every business qualifies.
If something were to happen to Zack, our designer Malena would take over, providing uninterrupted service and support.
Our "No Thrill? No Bill" guarantee applies only to the design phase. If you are not completely satisfied with any design we present and ask us to no longer continue, you will receive a full refund and the contract will be canceled with no questions asked. Once the design is approved, this guarantee no longer applies.
