All subscriptions start with a 6-month minimum. After that, the plan continues month to month and can be canceled at any time. Our model works best for long-term clients since it takes between 6-12 months for Google to properly rank your site. So at 6 months, we should be beginning to see results. Our goal is for the website to deliver more value than the monthly cost. If you cancel, you don't keep the site.
No. The only additional costs are optional add-ons, such as extra pages. These are visible on our pricing page. To begin work, billing will start for the current month. On the 1st of the following month, you will have the option to turn on automatic billing.
Subscription invoices are sent through Stripe or Square and can be paid with any major credit or debit card. One-time projects are paid via ACH transfer. We do not accept checks or money orders.
A lump sum site is paid in full upfront, reducing overall cost. A subscription spreads the cost into manageable monthly payments. Over the long term, the lump sum package will save more money. If you want to minimize upfront costs and value ongoing service, the monthly plan is your best option.
We’re usually understanding and flexible. As a business owner, I understand situations come up. But if communication stops, we must protect our time and ensure we’re fairly compensated. For late payments, invoices have a seven-day grace period. Late payments incur a $25 fee. For accounts with multiple overdue invoices, the subscription may be canceled and the full site cost becomes due. If you cancel before the 6 month contract ends, you may be responsible for covering the full cost of what the site would cost lump sum minus what you have already paid.
No. Subscriptions are designed to work over multiple years. A buyout option is not available because this model depends on long-term commitment for financial stability and to allow us to provide high-quality service. We rely on a predictable income to cover overhead and ensure we can provide and use the best tools to maximize your value.
Most sites are completed within 2-4 weeks. The timeline depends on how quickly clients provide content, images, and feedback. If the client is fast to respond, we can likely hit a 2 week delivery, possibly earlier.
Yes. You can provide content updates and feedback while the site is being built. We only bill in extreme cases of endless revisions. Most people won't have to worry about this.
Absolutely. All sites are custom-coded from scratch. We do not use templates or page builders, which ensures your site is completely unique.
Yes, hosting is included with your subscription. You always retain ownership of your domain and can transfer it at any time. For lump sum clients, we offer hosting at $25 a month or take it anywhere!
Yes. We never restrict ownership. Even if we bought it for you, we will transfer the domain to you if you cancel your subscription.
Our sites are faster, safer, and easier to maintain than page builders. Since we custom-code everything, there’s no plugin bloat, no endless updates, and no database vulnerabilities. Hackers can’t break into something that has no entry points. That means no surprise redirects, no constant patching, just a secure, lightweight site that’s responsive and simple to customize.
We handle on-page SEO such as fast load times, accessibility, meta tags, sitemaps, and some content guidance. We do not do off-page strategies like link building and citations. As a part of your subscription we are happy to work with off-page SEO service providers. We can connect you with referral partners for professional SEO planning and management.

No. Unlimited small edits and updates are included in your subscription. Major redesigns or new features may incur additional fees.
Yes. We offer a $50 per month add-on for unlimited edits and support, which requires a 12-month commitment. Reinstating it later requires a new 12-month agreement.
If something were to happen to me (owner and lead developer), we have trusted development partners in the US who can maintain and update your site if needed, ensuring uninterrupted service.
